Last updated: 27 October 2026

The protection of your personal data is a priority for FLExceed-Consulting. This privacy policy informs you about how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use our website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The person responsible for processing personal data is Gérard CAMBON, who can be contacted at the following email address: admin@flexceed-consulting.com.

2. Personal data collected

FLExceed-Consulting collects personal data only when you provide it yourself, through a form on the website (contact or pre-registration) or by email. Depending on your request, this may include:

  • identification and contact details: title, first name, surname, age, email address, postal address if you provide it, phone number if you choose this means of contact;
  • for a candidate under 18, the contact details of their legal representative;
  • information relevant to your training project: situation, goals, previous study of French, availability, funding and, where applicable, invoicing details;
  • any adjustment needs you choose to report;
  • the content of your messages.

Mandatory fields are marked in each form: without them, your request cannot be processed. All other fields are optional.

The legal basis depends on your request: your consent for the contact form; pre-contractual steps taken at your request for the pre-registration form; your explicit consent, given by a dedicated tick box, for any adjustment needs you choose to report.

The pre-registration and contact forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It analyses some technical browsing data (IP address, browser information, interactions with the page) to tell humans from bots, on the basis of the legitimate interest in protecting the site against automated submissions. This data may be transferred outside the European Union. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

3. Purpose of data use

  • Responding to requests sent through the contact form.
  • Reviewing your pre-registration, organising your diagnostic session and, if needed, your placement test, then designing your course.
  • Adapting the session, the test and the course to any adjustment needs you choose to report.
  • Handling administrative follow-up if you become a student (contract, invoicing).
  • Protecting the forms against automated submissions.

FLExceed-Consulting undertakes never to transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

The data is hosted in France by o2switch, which hosts the website and the file archive.

4. Data retention period

Your data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes above, then deleted:

  • Contact request, or pre-registration not followed by enrolment: 1 year after your last contact.
  • Adjustment needs: deleted with your pre-registration file or, if you become a student, at the end of your course.
  • Students: for the duration of the course, then:
    • learner record and learning data (tests, assessments, work): 5 years after the end of the course;
    • contract: 5 years after the end of the course;
    • contract concluded online for €120 or more: 10 years after the end of the course;
    • invoices: 10 years after the end of the financial year.

5. Your rights regarding your data

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: request to view the data we hold about you.
  • Right of rectification: request the modification of your data if it is inaccurate.
  • Right to erasure: request the deletion of your data.
  • Right to restriction of processing.
  • Right to data portability.
  • Right to object: object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interest (protection of the forms by Google reCAPTCHA).
  • Right to withdraw your consent at any time, for processing based on it (contact form, adjustment needs), without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
  • Right to set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death.

To exercise these rights, you can contact us at the following email address: admin@flexceed-consulting.com.
