Online French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Paris time – CET).
This wide range of hours allows us to accommodate students’ time zones around the world. Class slots are scheduled during registration based on your availability.
Do you offer a free diagnostic interview before starting?
Yes, Flexceed-Consulting offers a free diagnostic interview (approximately 50 minutes), with no obligation.
This initial consultation allows us to assess your French level, define your goals (professional, academic, or personal), and verify the compatibility of technical tools.
What levels of French as a Foreign Language (FLE) are taught (from A1 to C2) ?
FLExceed-Consulting covers all CEFR levels, from complete beginner (A1) to proficient user (C2).
Each program is customized to meet the specific requirements of your current level, whether for general French or French for Specific Purposes (FOS). Each program begins with a structured consultation to assess:
- your actual level,
- your goals (professional, academic, or personal),
- your availability,
- your strengths and areas for improvement.
The approach is personalized: this is not a standard program, but a course of study tailored to your profile and priorities.
>> Initial consultation to establish a clear assessment and a progress plan.
Do you also offer online French courses for children and teenagers?
Yes. Our courses for children and teenagers are tailored to:
- academic level,
- age,
- any international context,
- and specific goals (academic support, relocation abroad, certification).
The program is structured and includes:
- clear objectives,
- appropriate learning materials,
- regular feedback on progress,
- and, if necessary, communication with parents.
The priority remains sustainable progress, not just occasional homework help.
Do you prepare students for the DELF, DALF, or TCF online?
Yes. We offer specialized preparation for official exams (DELF, DALF, TCF).
Our approach is based on:
- a detailed analysis of the assessment criteria,
- systematic practice for the various exam sections,
- timed practice tests,
- detailed and well-reasoned feedback.
The goal is twofold:
- To improve your actual level of French.
- To master exam-specific strategies.
>> Effective preparation requires planning well in advance of the exam date.
What is the ideal duration for an online French lesson?
The standard duration of a session at Flexceed-Consulting is 50 minutes.
This format is ideal for maintaining maximum concentration during e-learning while allowing for in-depth work on the four language skills.
What is the recommended frequency for making effective progress in French?
The ideal frequency depends on your goal and your availability.
In general:
- 1 class per week: to maintain your current level
- 2 classes per week: steady progress
- 3 classes or more: intensive preparation (for an exam or urgent project)
Consistency is more important than occasional intensity.
A coherent study plan is established at the outset, with intermediate goals.
This allows us to assess progress and adjust the strategy if necessary.
Learning is designed as a structured process, with clearly identified steps.
What are the prerequisites for taking online French as a foreign language (FLE) courses?
There are no language prerequisites.
However, effective progress depends on:
- a stable internet connection,
- appropriate equipment (a computer is recommended),
- and consistent participation.
The instruction is structured and progressive: each session is part of a coherent plan, with defined objectives and specific feedback on mistakes to accelerate learning.
The objective is not only to practice, but to make steady progress.
Through FLEXceed-Consulting, I provide synchronous one-on-one online lessons specifically designed to guide you individually in learning French as a foreign language (FLE). Each lesson is fully customized and delivered live.
Here’s what you need to succeed in this process.
1. Assessment of your level through a personalized consultation and a placement test.
Before we begin, we’ll have a personalized consultation to discuss your learning goals, specific needs, and availability. This step helps me better understand your situation and design the training program that best meets your expectations.
If you are already a false beginner or have acquired some basic knowledge of French, I will also offer you a predictive assessment test. This test will allow me to tailor the program to your level and better predict your progress. The predictive assessment is particularly useful for learners who already have some skills and wish to continue their learning in a targeted manner.
2. Personal Motivation and Commitment to Online Learning.
Online learning requires personal motivation and active commitment on your part. Unlike group or asynchronous courses, synchronous one-on-one lessons allow you to interact directly with me during each session. Effective time management and commitment are essential for making progress.
3.Learning to Learn: A Key for Adult Learners.
If you’ve been out of school for a while, you may no longer be accustomed to the process of learning. This is where the concept of “learning to learn” comes in. In my courses, I’ll guide you in developing effective learning strategies to make your training sessions productive. Learning to manage your time, structure your review sessions, and adopt techniques tailored to your specific needs is essential, especially if you’ve been away from formal education for a while.
4. Synchronous one-on-one lessons, at no extra cost.
All the courses I offer are synchronous one-on-one lessons. Each session takes place live, allowing you to interact with me immediately. There are no group or asynchronous classes, which means all my attention is focused on you. You don’t have to worry about buying books or specific materials: everything is provided online.
5. Flexibility and accessibility in learning.
Classes are tailored to your availability. You choose the date and time, and I adapt to your schedule. Whether you’re available in the morning, afternoon, or evening, I offer flexible time slots so you can take the course without disrupting your other activities. As an independent trainer, I offer you complete flexibility in organizing your sessions.
6. Learning tools tailored to your needs.
I will provide you with training materials, including practical exercises and interactive documents. During each session, I will be there to answer your questions and ensure that you have a solid grasp of the topics covered. The goal is to allow you to progress at your own pace and overcome any obstacles you may encounter during the training.
In summary, Flexceed-Consulting provides you with:

How is progress in French assessed ?
Your progress is continuously assessed throughout your training through regular progress reviews.
At the end of each module or course package, we conduct a comprehensive review to evaluate your progress against the goals set during the initial assessment.
Do you offer French classes to help people integrate or settle into a French-speaking country?
Yes. The courses can be tailored to support long-term settlement or successful integration.
The curriculum covers:
- everyday interactions,
- administrative procedures,
- communication in the workplace,
- and understanding cultural norms.
The support is designed to help students develop linguistic independence and confidence in real-life situations.
What is the difference between learning French as a native language and as a foreign language?
Learning a native language is natural and implicit.
Learning a foreign language is a conscious and structured process.
It requires:
- An explicit understanding of the rules
- Targeted work on specific difficulties
- Regular, context-based practice
The teaching approach takes into account:
- Interference from your native language
- Your learning habits
- Your profile (academic, professional, self-taught)
Progress is based on a needs analysis and a methodical development of skills.
The goal is to avoid the accumulation of ingrained errors and to build a solid foundation.

How is progress in French assessed?
Each online French class follows a clear, step-by-step structure.
A typical session includes:
1. A review of previous objectives and what you’ve learned
2. A targeted activity (comprehension, speaking, or writing)
3. Work on key language points (grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation)
4. Practical application in context
5. Detailed feedback on mistakes and areas for improvement
The approach is interactive and action-oriented.
Materials are selected based on your level and goals.
Each session is part of an overall plan defined in advance, with clear steps, much like project management: objectives, milestones, and adjustments.
>> The goal is measurable progress, not just an impromptu conversation.
How do you choose a reliable and competent online French school or teacher?
Many of you are asking yourselves the following questions:
- How can you verify that a school follows best practices?
- How can you be sure you’re dealing with qualified professionals?
- Do they have to be certified?
- How can you be sure the instructor is qualified?
These are perfectly valid questions! After all, given the time and money you’ll be investing in your training, you deserve to make an informed decision. However, there’s no one-size-fits-all answer to determine whether an institution follows best practices. In fact, this varies depending on the country, regulatory requirements, and the oversight mechanisms in place. Choosing an online teacher shouldn’t be based solely on price or availability.
Several criteria are essential:
1. Formal teaching training.
Teaching French as a foreign language requires specific training and an understanding of language acquisition processes.
2. A structured approach.
An effective course is based on a clear plan, defined objectives, and measurable progress.
Simply having regular conversations is not enough to ensure lasting progress.
3. The ability to analyze errors.
A good teacher precisely identifies difficulties and offers well-reasoned corrections tailored to the learner’s profile.
4. Diverse experience.
A teacher who has worked with a variety of audiences (professionals, international students, expatriates) is better equipped to understand specific needs.
5. A Long-Term Perspective.
Learning a language is a long-term project. It requires consistency, regularity, and dedication.
Effective support involves a mutual commitment: method, consistency, and progress.

Why choose your online French courses over other programs?
The courses are based on three pillars:
1/ Methodological rigor
Each program is structured like a project: assessment, objectives, action plan, monitoring, and adjustments.
These are not improvised courses, but a structured support system.
2/ Dual expertise: technical and pedagogical
Professional experience in industrial and international settings provides:
- organizational skills,
- precision in analysis,
- the ability to structure learning,
- an understanding of professional challenges.
This dual expertise enables us to effectively support demanding learners.
3/Personalized Support
Each student receives:
- a personalized program,
- regular progress checks,
- detailed feedback,
- and targeted work on their areas of weakness.
The goal is real, measurable progress, not simply accumulating hours.
These courses are designed for individuals seeking serious, structured, and results-oriented support.
>> An initial consultation allows us to determine if this approach meets your expectations.

Registration & Administrative Follow-Up
What is the process for enrolling in a French program?
Registration is a simple three-step process:
1/Initial Contact
You can send a message via the website form, by email, or via WhatsApp or Line.
2/Personalized Consultation
An initial consultation helps us understand your level, your goals, and your constraints (schedule, deadlines, professional or academic context).
3/ Course planning
A structured proposal is then developed, covering frequency, goals, and organization.
There is no automated registration or standardized program.
Every program is custom-designed.
What are the terms and conditions for canceling or rescheduling a class?
The goal is to maintain a structured environment while remaining flexible in the face of unexpected professional or personal circumstances. Consistency is a key factor in progress; therefore, rescheduling is limited to ensure the program’s continuity.
A class may be rescheduled at no charge if canceled at least 24 hours before the session begins. Except in cases of emergency, after this deadline the class is considered due. This rule ensures optimal scheduling management for all students.
Can I change my course package during the training program?
Yes, it is certainly possible to adjust the frequency of your lessons (depending on availability).
Simply contact us to adjust your schedule to fit your new needs or availability.
Technical Details & Key Information
Which video conferencing platforms do you use?
Flexceed-Consulting primarily uses Microsoft Teams, a reliable platform that doesn’t necessarily require software installation.
If you prefer a different tool, we can accommodate your needs when setting up your classes (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).
What happens if a technical issue arises during a lesson?
In the event of a major technical outage, the class will be paused, and any time not completed will be carried over to the next session.
