Organization & Pedagogy

Online French as a Foreign Language (FLE) courses are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Paris time – CET).

This wide range of hours allows us to accommodate students’ time zones around the world. Class slots are scheduled during registration based on your availability.

The standard duration of a session at Flexceed-Consulting is 50 minutes.

This format is ideal for maintaining maximum concentration during e-learning while allowing for in-depth work on the four language skills.

The ideal frequency depends on your goal and your availability.

In general:

  • 1 class per week: to maintain your current level
  • 2 classes per week: steady progress
  • 3 classes or more: intensive preparation (for an exam or urgent project)

Consistency is more important than occasional intensity.

A coherent study plan is established at the outset, with intermediate goals.
This allows us to assess progress and adjust the strategy if necessary.

Learning is designed as a structured process, with clearly identified steps.

There are no language prerequisites.
However, effective progress depends on:

  • appropriate equipment (a computer is recommended),

Through FLEXceed-Consulting, I provide synchronous one-on-one online lessons specifically designed to guide you individually in learning French as a foreign language (FLE). Each lesson is fully customized and delivered live.

You can spread out your payments over several monthly installments at no extra cost, giving you greater budget flexibility.

Registration & Administrative Follow-Up

Registration is a simple three-step process:

1/Initial Contact

3/ Course planning

There is no automated registration or standardized program.
Every program is custom-designed.

The goal is to maintain a structured environment while remaining flexible in the face of unexpected professional or personal circumstances. Consistency is a key factor in progress; therefore, rescheduling is limited to ensure the program’s continuity.

A class may be rescheduled at no charge if canceled at least 24 hours before the session begins. Except in cases of emergency, after this deadline the class is considered due. This rule ensures optimal scheduling management for all students.

Yes, it is certainly possible to adjust the frequency of your lessons (depending on availability).

Simply contact us to adjust your schedule to fit your new needs or availability.

Technical Details & Key Information

Flexceed-Consulting primarily uses Microsoft Teams, a reliable platform that doesn’t necessarily require software installation.

If you prefer a different tool, we can accommodate your needs when setting up your classes (Google Meet, Zoom, etc.).

In the event of a major technical outage, the class will be paused, and any time not completed will be carried over to the next session.

We always do our best to restore the connection or switch to a backup channel (phone or another app) so that you don’t lose your place in the lesson.
